Old Salt Smoked Sausage with Manchego (Pork & Beef)

Handcrafted from a blend of 70% pasture-raised heritage breed pork and 30% grass-finished beef, hickory smoked and loaded with generous chunks of Manchego sheep's milk cheese that melt into rich, salty pockets throughout the link.
Seasoned simply with pepper and garlic so the smoke and cheese do the heavy lifting. Grill it until the casing snaps, slice it into rounds for a charcuterie board, or split it lengthwise and sear it cut-side down in a hot pan. This is the sausage that disappears first at every cookout. Comes in half-pound packs, one link per pack.
We ship our meat frozen every week on Tuesday with dry ice and recyclable shipping materials. You can select your shipping date when completing an order. We offer free local pickups in Helena at our downtown location, The Union, at 361 N Last Chance Gulch, Wednesday - Friday, 11am - 8pm. You can reach them at 406-422-0515.

We also offer local delivery in the immediate Helena area on Thursdays. Free for orders of $199 or more, otherwise a $10 fee applies.
