Grass-Fed Sirloin Tip Steak

- Local pickup orders get a 22% discount
Cut from the hindquarter, the sirloin tip is a lean, honest steak with good beef flavor and a bit more structure than your premium loin cuts. It's made up of three different muscles with a little more connective tissue, which means it does best with high heat and a quick cook — sear it in a hot pan, grill it fast, or broil it close to the flame.
Slice it thin against the grain and it delivers. A solid weeknight steak that also takes well to marinades, stir-fries, or fajitas when you want something versatile without breaking the bank. Packs are around 12 oz, exact weights may vary.
