Denver Steak is a relatively new cut that only exists because of better butchery — it was hiding in the chuck shoulder until someone figured out how to seam it out properly. The result is a well-marbled, tender steak with rich flavor that surprises people who think premium cuts only come from the loin and rib. Grill it or sear it hot, take it to medium at most, and let it rest. It's got a fine grain and a buttery bite that makes it one of the best-kept secrets in the meat case.
We ship our meat frozen every week on Tuesday with dry ice and recyclable shipping materials. You can select your shipping date when completing an order. We offer free local pickups in Helena at our downtown location, The Union, at 361 N Last Chance Gulch, Wednesday - Friday, 11am - 8pm. You can reach them at 406-422-0515.

We also offer local delivery in the immediate Helena area on Thursdays. Free for orders of $199 or more, otherwise a $10 fee applies.
