This humble, lean roast from the round might need a bit of extra work, but it is very versatile. If you enjoy leaner beef, this is the cut for you. Roast until medium rare and slice thin, or slow cook until fork tender.
Our bundles change regularly, but the categories as specified in the bundle description are always the same. The specific cuts could be a range of:
- Premium steak: ribeye, strip, tenderloin, and flat iron
- Butcher's steak: top sirloin, top sirloin cap, sirloin tip, bavette, skirt, flank, and top round
- Fresh sausage: bratwurst, italian, and breakfast
