Handcrafted from a blend of 70% pasture-raised heritage breed pork and 30% grass-finished beef, with fresh sage, brown sugar, and toasted pepper for a savory-sweet balance that makes a morning feel complete.
Available as bulk for pressing into patties, crumbling into biscuits and gravy, or mixing into a breakfast hash — or as small links, 16 per package, perfect for cooking up alongside eggs and toast. The kind of breakfast sausage that makes the whole kitchen smell like a reason to get out of bed. Comes in one-pound packs.
We ship our meat frozen every week on Tuesday with dry ice and recyclable shipping materials. You can select your shipping date when completing an order. We offer free local pickups in Helena at our downtown location, The Union, at 361 N Last Chance Gulch, Wednesday - Friday, 11am - 8pm. You can reach them at 406-422-0515.

We also offer local delivery in the immediate Helena area on Thursdays. Free for orders of $199 or more, otherwise a $10 fee applies.
