We ship our meat frozen every week on Tuesday with dry ice and recyclable shipping materials. You can select your shipping date when completing an order. We offer flat rate shipping on all orders plus further discounted rates on orders of $199 and above. For more information, please see a detailed explanation here. When a package is shipped, the customer receives a UPS tracking number. Once it's delivered, an automatic email is also sent as a notification. Please make arrangements based on estimated delivery times.

Once an order is picked up, shipped, or delivered, the sale is final. Exceptions are made when UPS shipments are delayed and product arrives spoiled. This is a rare occurrence, and a replacement shipment is sent to customer at no additional cost.

Please note: once a package arrives at its destination via shipment or delivery, the customer is responsible for getting it to cold storage within a reasonable amount of time.
