Leaner than a ribeye but with more character than a filet, the top sirloin sits in a sweet spot — great cooked whole with just salt and high heat, sliced thin for stir-fry, or cubed and threaded onto kebab skewers with a good marinade. It's the cut that earns its place in the regular rotation. Packs come around 12 oz, exact weights may vary.

Wonderful flavor! But they were quite tough. I grilled them at 400 degrees for 5 minutes per side. Lightly salt and peppered.
I've always gotten the best of cuts from y'all and the grass fed and finished helps me with my pain and inflammation. Always a cut above!
