Cross-cut beef bones loaded with rich, golden marrow — the most luxurious ingredient hiding in plain sight. Roast them until the marrow is soft and bubbling, then spread it on crusty bread with flaky salt for one of the simplest, most decadent bites you'll ever eat. Spoon it over a seared steak or roasted vegetables as beef butter, or simmer the bones long and slow for a deeply nourishing broth with body and richness that store-bought can't come close to. If you're making bone broth regularly, keep a stash in the freezer — your stock pot will thank you.
We ship our meat frozen every week on Tuesday with dry ice and recyclable shipping materials. You can select your shipping date when completing an order. We offer free local pickups in Helena at our downtown location, The Union, at 361 N Last Chance Gulch, Wednesday - Friday, 11am - 8pm. You can reach them at 406-422-0515.

We also offer local delivery in the immediate Helena area on Thursdays. Free for orders of $199 or more, otherwise a $10 fee applies.
