The foundation of a well-stocked freezer. Old Salt ground beef is fresh-ground from whole cuts — not trim and scraps — so you get clean, consistent flavor every time. It's the same beef we serve at The Outpost, just ready for your kitchen. Consider grabbing a ground beef bundle to save
- 80/20 Ground Beef: More fat means more flavor and juiciness — the go-to for smash burgers, rich bolognese, and meatloaf that stays moist. This is the grind that makes people wonder what you did differently.
- 90/10 Ground Beef: Leaner and lighter, but still packed with beefy flavor. Great for tacos, meatballs, stuffed peppers, and weeknight meals where you want the beef to play well with other ingredients without a heavy fat load.
- Burger Patties: Pre-formed at one-third pound each, three patties per one-pound pack. Seasoned or not, these go straight from the freezer to the grill for a no-fuss cookout any night of the week.
