A big, flat cut from the belly with a pronounced grain and bold beef flavor. The flank is lean and takes well to a quick, hot cook — grill it or sear it fast, pull it at medium-rare, and slice thin against the grain for the most tender bite. It's one of the most versatile steaks in the case: marinate it for carne asada, stuff and roll it into pinwheels for something more impressive, or slice it straight for steak sandwiches and grain bowls. A kitchen staple that rewards a little know-how with a lot of flavor. Packs are around 16 oz, exact weights may vary.
We ship our meat frozen every week on Tuesday with dry ice and recyclable shipping materials. You can select your shipping date when completing an order. We offer free local pickups in Helena at our downtown location, The Union, at 361 N Last Chance Gulch, Wednesday - Friday, 11am - 8pm. You can reach them at 406-422-0515.

We also offer local delivery in the immediate Helena area on Thursdays. Free for orders of $199 or more, otherwise a $10 fee applies.
