We hear you. The holidays are stressful enough without worrying about whether you're going to nail the main course. That's why we've been doing this sale for years now—to take one thing off your plate (and put something really good on it).
We work directly with Montana ranches we trust — J-L Ranch and Mannix Ranch — to bring you 100% grass-fed beef that's dry-aged right here. You're not just getting great meat for your table; you're supporting the people who raise it and keeping those dollars in our local economy.
What We're Offering
14-Day Dry Aged Rib Roasts
- From J-L Ranch | 100% Grass Fed
- $34 per pound
- Sold by the rib (each rib is about 1.5-2.5 pounds and feeds 1-3 people). Minimum order is 2 ribs.
45-Day Dry Aged Rib Roasts
- From Mannix Ranch | 100% Grass Fed $44 per pound
- This is our premium option with more aging time for deeper flavor. Sold by the rib (each rib is about 1.5-2.5 pounds and feeds 1-3 people). Minimum order is 2 ribs.
Tenderloin Roasts (50 Available)
- 100% Grass Fed $39 per pound
- Sold by the pound. We'll tie and vacuum seal these to order so they're ready to go when you are. Each one runs about 1-4 pounds.
A note about the rib roasts: We prepare them hinged and tied, which means we cut behind the bones and tie them back on. When you're done cooking and the roast has rested, just snip the strings and the bones come right off. You're left with a roast that's incredibly easy to slice and serve—no wrestling with bones at the table.
