We schedule on-farm slaughter appointments for beef, pork, sheep, and goat on a year-round basis (weather permitting). This meat is labeled not for resale. All cuts and sausage links are vacuum sealed; burger and bulk sausage packed in chubs. Additional fees may apply based on cut sheet options and processing agreement.
