Old Salt bacon is made the old fashioned way. Rubbed with salt, brown sugar, and fresh ground black pepper. Slowly cured for days before being smoked over hickory. Sliced and packed at 12oz per pack. Cottage bacon comes from the upper shoulder section of the pig, making it a more meaty bacon option.
