About Caroline

Caroline grew up in the shadow of Mt. Rainier in Washington state in a family that raised grass-fed beef. She first fell in love with Montana during her years at Carroll College, and is delighted to be back in her heart-home of Helena and helping Old Salt Co-op build strong relationships. Caroline is passionate about holistic health, the transformative power of nutrition, and the importance of knowing exactly where our food comes from and ensuring that it’s raised responsibly. She cares deeply about the world around her and believes that sustainable eco-friendly agriculture creates an ecological and economic environment in which Montanans thrive. In her spare time she devotes herself to enjoying the glory of Montana living, whether on a paddleboard or hiking with friends.
