Pork hocks are brined in a cure of salt and maple sugar for several days before being slow smoked over hickory until fully cooked. Perfect for adding to braised dishes for that delicious smokey pork flavor.
Our bundles change regularly, but the categories as specified in the bundle description are always the same. The specific cuts could be a range of:
- Premium steak: ribeye, strip, tenderloin, and flat iron
- Butcher's steak: top sirloin, top sirloin cap, sirloin tip, bavette, skirt, flank, and top round
- Fresh sausage: bratwurst, italian, and breakfast
